Shipping policy

We ship Mon-Fri and 1-2 business days from the order, if the item is in stock. Pre-order items, which we do not have in stock, will be shipped as estimated for those products. We offer several options of UPS, USPS and sometimes FedEx.

Although we always try to ship with the carrier of the customers choice, there are times where this is not possible. Green Vegan Bags reserves the right to change the shipping carrier chosen at checkout at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to, any of the following: local or national pick up or delivery issues issues with a particular carrier, final and actual cost of shipping, weather events that prevent certain carriers from safe and sound delivery and/or pick up.

International customers are responsible for paying any duties, customs charges, and brokerage fees over and above shipping costs paid at chrckout. Please research these to your exact country prior to purchase.  Refused or unclaimed international shipments are not eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
