Pinatex vegan leather is created out of waste from the pineapple industry. It is water resistant, incredibly durable, and one of the most eco-friendly textiles invented. Because it is made from a natural by-product, it has low water use, no additional chemicals to produce and no extra resources required for the raw material. The hardware feels high-end, and the bag has a light silver iridescent color, which looks really pretty! Another unique feature is that the inner lining is made of organic cotton! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, which shipped very quickly (to Europe!).
